Advisory Panel

You are here: Home » Advisory Panel

The Advisory Panel (AP) members represent major segments of the fishing industry; catching and processing, subsistence and commercial fishermen, observers, consumers, environmental/conservation, and sport fishermen. The AP currently consists of 22 members, usually serving three-year staggered terms (January 1 through December 31). These members may be reappointed or replaced by the Council annually at their December Council meeting.
